Our second stay here, apartment 2 this time. Absolutely amazing! Apartments are very well thought out, everything we need for comfort and convenience. Tea/coffee replenished, fresh milk provided in the fridge. Quiet and convenient location, 3 minute stroll to St Anne’s and a 15 minute drive to Lytham. We will most definitely stay here again, a gem of a place.

Would love to have stayed longer!
We just stayed one night for a birthday party in Lytham. The suite was very clean and modern with well equipped kitchen and super bathroom. The property is conveniently positioned in St Annes and we had no problem parking at the rear of the property.

Wonderful apartment! Comfortable, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! We arrived to a selection of tea/coffee/ milk in the fridge - really helpful. WiFi excellent, smart TV meant we could watch Netflix on a wet and windy evening. Great location, convenient for both St Anne’s and Lytham. Absolute gem and we’ll definitely stay here again.

Lovely cleaning lady who checked in on us daily if we needed anything. The place itself was lovely and perfect for a week getaway as a couple, had everything we needed! Great value for money and 5 minutes from the beach. Amazing dining options close by too.
