Reverie 101 is set within a magnificent ten-acre landscaped gardens in Lyonville just a short 15-minute drive from Daylesford and 8 minutes to Trentham. Two storey high hedges greet you as you enter one of the region’s most splendid gardens. This incredible bespoke retreat adjoins the Wombat State Forest and its large open windows allow you to take in full view of the local wildlife and the glorious surrounds.

Reverie 101 features a designer kitchen, huge picture windows, incredible art and magazines. Walk through into the king size bedroom with alpaca blankets, organic cotton sheets, huge bath and bathrobes.

As one of two properties on the estate, Reverie has been designed with your privacy in mind. If you feel like venturing out, take the short 3 minute drive and step back in time with the eclectic and eccentric Radio Springs Hotel.

Pour yourself a glass of wine, run a bath and take in the state of mind that is a blissful retreat at Reverie 101 in Lyonville.

Many Wonderful Surprises
We did not pay a lot of attention as we were eager to secure somewhere for a week when demand was high. There’s so much more to a stay at Reverie than just the cottage, which is gorgeous, beautifully decorated and generously provisioned with all the comforts we needed after a challenging year and terrific internet access for the work we needed to do despite being on holidays. The property upon which the cottage is located is remarkable with surprises we did not anticipate. It’s stunning. The Radio Springs Hotel is an easy walk for tremendous cuisine and wine. We wish we’d booked two weeks.
