TRANQUILITY: double gazing and opaque curtains at every window. Do note that light sleepers may be bothered by the tramway running from early in the morning until the evening. However, 90% of our travelers do not mind it at all and greatly appreciate the proximity of the tram to easily access the city.

HEATING SYSTEM : collective boiler working from September/October to April/May depending on the temperature outside
