## Space
This spacious loft, recently renovated, offers two bedrooms and is located on the ground floor of a small building in the lively Guillotière district. You’ll be close to local shops, Place Bellecour, the Rhône riverbanks, the Tony Bertrand Nautical Center, and the Museum of the History of Resistance and Deportation.
Important: For same-day bookings, arrivals are only possible from 6 PM. The keys can be collected from a shop located a 17-minute walk from the apartment.
The apartment includes the following amenities:
A large living area with a 3-seater sofa, coffee table, dining table with chairs, and ample natural light from windows fitted with electric blinds.
Note: The apartment is on the ground floor of a small street with local businesses.
An open-plan kitchen with:
Microwave, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, 2-burner stove, and kitchen utensils (cutlery is in the drawer with the plates).
Two mezzanine bedrooms accessible by stairs, each with a convertible double sofa bed, nightstand, and desk with a chair.
One bedroom has a window with electric blinds; the other is windowless. Each room has a separate entrance.
A large shower room on the ground floor with an Italian-style shower, wash basin, storage, hairdryer, towel dryer, and WC.
A washing machine, ironing board and iron, portable fan.
Note: Limited phone reception in the apartment.

The bed will be made according to the number of guests indicated in the reservation.
One bath towel per person for the stay (if you need more, please bring your own).
