You will stay in a nice authentic 35m² apartment on the 3rd floor without elevator, close to the Saône quays and 800 meters from Perrache train station.

Located in the old Lyon, in an old building typical lyonnais and very bright, you will enjoy the peace and comfort of my apartment renovated.
Its style and its atmosphere will make you spend an atypical stay in the heart of the capital of Gaule.

We provide you with convenience products (rice, pasta) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen. Sheets and towels are included.

Thanks to our secure key box, the entrance to the apartment is rather flexible (after 3PM).

Late checkout possible until 1PM for a supplement of 18€ (subject to availability, please send your request the day before you leave at the latest).

Memorable Place does its best to guarantee the loveliest and most secured stay ! Before each stay, the place and all the linen are cleaned and sanitized by a professional anti-COVID cleaning team.

According to our conditions on our listing, parties and any noisy event (loud music etc...) which can disturb our neighborhood are strictly forbidden, such as smoking into our apartment.

Any breach of these rules will lead to a financial penalty. Thanks for your vigilence :)

Supplementary linen fees apply when 2 persons wish to use one double bed each. It costs 18€ for the use of the linen for the whole stay.
Example : if 2 persons wish to use the 2 double beds, the extra cost is 18€/stay.
