The apartment is composed as follows :

- A spacious living room of 35 m² with flat screen TV, 4 large windows, coffee tables, storage cupboards with molding and double sofa bed.
- Dining area with a table and 4 chairs.
- A fully equipped kitchen with steam oven, fridge with freezer, silent dishwasher, cooker hood, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine...
- A room on the mezzanine with a queen-size bed (160×200cm Confort Grand Hôtel) with a view of the Saône river and blackout blinds (about 1.50m high). The 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, dish towels), your bed will be prepared at your arrival.
- A bathroom with two windows on the courtyard with Italian shower and rain sky, basin and storage unit. Access both from the living room (sliding door) and from the entrance.
- A separate toilet at the end of the hallway adjoining the bathroom.
- Large dressing room with plenty of storage space, accessible from the entrance and the bathroom.

Available if needed : washing machine, dryer, clothes line, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in town, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops (Bakery and organic grocery store at 100 meters) but also stores, restaurants, bars, market...
