Clean, quiet and air-conditioned rooms, friendly staff, very comfortable bed. I only wished there would have been oat milk available at breakfast for guests like me who can’t drink normal milk or soya milk with their coffee / cereals. It doesn‘t seem common in France.

Our stay was great. They speak multiple languages, so it's really helpful. Hotel was really clean, quiet and nice. Dog friendly, wich is for us really important! Everyone was really friendly.

The hotel is nicely located at the banks of the soon. A bit out of the center, but wel within reach. Easy parking. The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. The bed is comfortable The breakfast buffet serves all you want.

Very good hotel. I’ve stayed a number of times. However I always have problems getting the internet to connect properly. Plus mobile data is patchy within the building making internet connection difficult in some areas (ie fitness centre).

I constantly travel for my business and the biggest challenge in the old world (EU) is hotels. There are plenty of it, but most of them too old , outdated design and lack of parking. This hotel is very clean, minimalist and practical design, nice lobby, convenient transportation and parking which is hard to find in old french cities.

Could have been so much better
This hotel should have been excellent but a lot of factors added together meant I had rather a miserable stay. I could hear a noise on and off all night every night, I think it was the elevator shaft but I'm not sure. It affected my sleep. One night the fire alarm went off at midnight for about 15 minutes. No staff were present guiding people out of the building or directing us or keeping us updated, we were out there alone as guests until someone shouted to us to come back inside as it was a false alarm. No explanation or apology the next morning or upon checkout. The room itself had no air conditioning - the thermostat didn't seem to work and it wasn't a comfortable temperature in my room sometimes. The extractor in the bathroom didn't seem to work either and it got very steamy and hot in the bathroom and loo area, and it took a long time for this to clear after a shower. I didn't want to open the door and make my room even hotter. The bed was super comfy and the room was very clean, as was the hotel, and breakfast was excellent. The team were helpful even if not very friendly or approachable. The tea/coffee/biscuits were good although a little more milk would have been appreciated. I'm sure other people may have a better time at the hotel than I did on this particular stay but the noise and issues in the room were enough to mean I wouldn't go back.

Excelente hotel
Hotel excelente, quarto amplo, muito confortável e com roupa de cama de boa qualidade, tudo novo e muito limpo. Café da manhã excelente. O local é um bairro de negócios, então não há muita coisa que dê para fazer a pé. No entanto, o ônibus que vai para o centro passa ao lado do hotel.
