DIFY Sun - Charpennes

This modern duplex is ideally located 10 minutes by public transport from the city centre of Lyon. Recently renovated, it is very well equipped and ideal for a business trip or a family stay. (5 floors without a lift)

This 30 m² duplex is located in an old building. Fully renovated and bright, it consists of:
- A living area with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare good Lyon specialities, a dining area and a relaxation area
- A separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm)
- A bathroom with a shower and toilet
- A mezzanine offering an additional double bed (140x200 cm)

You will also find an iron and storage spaces at your disposal.
We provide the sheets and towels as well as coffee capsules for your first wake-up.
A single set of keys will be entrusted to you during your stay. The cleaning fees include the cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as the household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

Access to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early arrival option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.

On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the departure time limit.

Moderne et agréable
Il ne faut pas être trop grand car c’est à ce prix qu’on profite le mieux des chambres sous les toits mais le logement est de qualité. Attention aussi aux escaliers, c’est un 5ème sans ascenseur mais la cage d’escalier est spacieuse. La salle de bain est fantastique avec sa très grande douche, la déco est conforme aux photos, sobre et moderne.
