DIFY Stoppa - Parilly

Apartment with a lot of character, completely renovated by a prestigious architect and fully equipped. Located just steps away from the metro and Parilly Park, its location will allow you to reach the centre of Lyon in 15 minutes by metro line D. The apartment has a large, bright living room with access to a beautiful garden. It is located on the ground floor of a beautifully renovated house in a quiet area on the edge of Parilly Park, with a private garage with a gate.
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 2 people (one bedroom with a double bed). You will have exclusive use of the apartment and be free to use all the facilities: unlimited internet, TV, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave... Bed linen and towels are provided in full.

Access to the entire accommodation (not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as household linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.
A single set of keys will be provided for your stay.
Check-in to the apartment is autonomous from 5pm. An early check-in option at 2pm is possible for an additional fee of +€20.
On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.
The cleaning fees will be charged a second time in case of non-compliance with the check-out time limit.
