"Overall the property was clean and comfortable, however stairs are quite steep and not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. We have only two suggestions a) would have been nice to have curtains on the side windows in the bedrooms. Also would be useful if a shower mat could be provided . All in all a very successful visit ."

"The property is very big with.real character. The grounds and surroundings are lovely with a lovely small river in gront of the property which made a lovely soothing sound, so relaxing.The property had everything you could wish for."

"The house was perfect for our birthday celebrations for our parents. There were 18 of us but there was still so much room. The house is huge! It was a quick walk down to the seafront and a handy Lidli was close by. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views out to sea. Some of the decor is a little tired but didn’t detract from our stay. It had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend!"

"A great place to stay with lots of space. We were a group of 3 generations and we fitted in perfectly. Easy walk into Ilfracombe, which had plenty to see and do. Lovely walks and pubs. We could easily park on the road, even during half term holidays. Nice drive to many places. A lovely place to stay."
