"Went for a visit with family. Avid hotel fit the bill for us. Nice rooms, great breakfast with fresh-ground coffee and water to fill water bottles. Nice touch. Rooms could have been cleaner, particularly the floors. I will stay here again so it wasn’t terrible. Beds are comfy and room was quiet."

"We’ve stayed at this location several times in the past. Staff is always friendly and pleasant. We arrived a little early ahead of check in time but they did have a room ready and allowed us to check-in a little bit early. We just wanted to drop our suitcases off early so we could head out and do some shopping and grab a bite to eat without having to rush back to the hotel to check in. It’s great place to stay and is located an easy drive to most attractions in the Stanton/Charlottesville area."

"Very Nice, the whole hotel seems to have been very nicely updated. It has clean lines, modern style. Eg large floor tile in the bathroom, modern faucet. Light wood furniture in the bedroom. Lobby/breakfast area has nice tables, choice of regular and high top. The elevators are large clean and modern with larger style floor tiles. We did not use it but there was also a nice little mini kitchen area. "
