Loft living at its finest…this 1940’s warehouse has been lovingly restored into apartments, with intentional effort made to keep the original character of the warehouse intact. Enjoy wide open spaces, exposed closets made with the original beams, and an industrial kitchen with concrete countertops. One of the few two bedroom apartments downtown, allows you to stay with another couple or family and enjoy all that downtown has to offer! Double sink and plenty of shelving and storage in bathroom.
This property is right in the heart of downtown, by Amazement Square, Blackwater Creek and Percevilles Island Bike trails, Riverview Artspace, the Bluff Walk, Rise Up Climbing, YMCA, the downtown library, farmers market, Point of Honor, The Academy of Fine Arts, SuperRad Arcade bar, City museum, and Jefferson street. Hands down the best location in Lynchburg, walking distance to tons of restaurants and things to do, and in a recently restored and renovated 1940’s warehouse. Downtown Lynchburg is situated right on the James River, and is a picturesque and spectacular city to explore and enjoy, with many restaurants and rooftop bars overlooking the river and the bluff on the opposite side. Come and stay, and maybe you’ll fall in love with beautiful Lynchburg like we have!

We are right in the heart of downtown!
You will have full access to the entire apartment. No shared spaces.
We allow one pet if the guest chooses to pay the pet fee, and the animal needs to be well behaved and not cause damage to the property or bother other building tenants.
No smoking. We ask that guests do not smoke on the steps or within 20 ft. of the building.
No gatherings, events, or parties. Only registered guests are allowed in the apartment unless special permission is arranged prior to your stay.
Please be a good neighbor and observe quiet hours after 10pm.
Our goal is a 5 star review so please let us know if anything is not up to your expectations so we can address it during your stay.
If planning on having extra guests over please receive prior approval, and anticipate the possibility of extra cleaning fees.
Also, please have your guest count reflect the amount of people staying. Our cleaner charges us an extra $10 per extra bed used, which is why we have our initial cleaning fee so low as it reflects two guests. If you have 2 guests on the reservation, but use four beds, we are paying our cleaner an extra $20 out of our pocket, and it makes it really hard to keep our prices so competitive when a $60 a night weekday stay for a 3000 square ft. loft turns into a $40 a night stay. We love to be generous hosts, but this consistently happens with this loft, and it takes a lot of the joy of hosting away if we’re being honest 😕
