Cozy Modern Studio | Near LU | Newly Renovated!
Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood while being conveniently located to many of Lynchburg's best attractions! This basement unit has its own private entrance. It's more like a studio, than a 1BR. The BR and “living” area are in the same room. The kitchenette is separate. There are 3 rooms total.
*We also rent out the top two floors of our home. Let us know if you are interested!
- 7 minutes to Lynchburg U
- 10 minutes to Randolph College
- 12 minutes to Liberty U
- 15 minutes to downtown LYH
This unit was just renovated and is in pristine condition. Our goal is that you feel rested and rejuvenated from the moment you walk in!
- 1 Queen bed and full bathroom
- Quaint, walkable neighborhood
- Cozy kitchenette and eating space
- Fast wifi and TV
You have access to the whole basement unit. You have your own separate entrance with a smart lock. Just an FYI, sometimes there will be other guests in the upper floors of our home as well.

We are pet-friendly but prefer smaller dogs. Please inquire with us about your pet! *No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property please.*
