Enjoy our peaceful neighborhood while being conveniently located to many of Lynchburg's best attractions! This basement unit has its own private entrance. It's more like a studio, than a 1BR. The BR and “living” area are in the same room. The kitchenette is separate. There are 3 rooms total.

This unit was just renovated and is in pristine condition. Our goal is that you feel rested and rejuvenated from the moment you walk in!

You have access to the whole basement unit. You have your own separate entrance with a smart lock. Just an FYI, sometimes there will be other guests in the upper floors of our home as well.

PET POLICY: we do not allow any pets.
SMOKING POLICY: no smoking anywhere

***No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed anywhere on the property-it is strictly prohibited. We unfortunately do not allow pets.***

-> If we find that you have violated our pet or smoke/vape/drug policies, you will be responsible to pay a $2,000 fee. We are not looking to make money on fees, however from prior guests blatantly disregarding our policies we are left with no choice. Our goal and requirement is a smoke free property!


If you rent for more than 7 days, we should be able to get you access to washer/dryer. Just let us know if that's of interest!
