"My Mum and I had a fabulous Christmas stay in this gorgeous cosy cottage. Beautiful welcome with Christmas decorations, chocolates and a bottle of bubbly. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Such a great location. And parking a bonus as a short walk round the corner. We will be coming back hopefully in the summer as a great spot to walk into Topsham. "

"This cottage is really lovely. Great location, nice host and has everything needed for a holiday. The pub in the village is a minutes walk and serves nice food - what more coul you want. We stayed in November but I would like to visit in spring or summer as the garden looks a great place to sit and have a glass of wine."

"A gentle getaway - a cosy beautifully equipped house literally around the corner from the beach and the village shops and pubs. Really quaint and pretty. Perfect for dogs - although, no doors downstairs to contain them and no stair gate to keep them from exploring. Our dogs loved being able to patrol the stairs and landing!! "The house is perfect for a couple and dogs. It’s location is excellent, there is a park and sea walk, literally a few minutes away, and an amazing walk down to the dog friendly beach. The harbour and restaurants is a 10 minute walk away. The house is lovely, very light and airy with an open plan downstairs, leading to a private garden and patio area. It is also very quiet, just birds singing. I would strongly recommend this property in Devon."

"Everything we needed for our stay was provided. Very quiet area and beautiful views from the cottage. The drive down the 1 mile track to the property was a bit daunting at first as I don't like heights. Beware the potholes. Both coast and countryside in the local area is stunning. Beer being our favourite."

"Our stay at Rosemary Cottage Annex was very comfortable. The bed was so nice, and the cottage was spotless. Beware the cottage is down a steep lane, but once there the view is well worth it. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper and coffee and tea available, amenities we have had at every other accommodation we stayed at during our tour of the U.K. "
