Enjoyable stay
A lovely bungalow and garden very well equipped with everything you need . Very clean and comfortable. Had a great meal at the Hare and Hounds pub which was just up the road , as is the New Forest . Would recommend.

Great for all we wanted to do.
Very welcoming, cookies and milk in the fridge for a cuppa on our arrival, it really felt like being at home, wonderful surroundings, I couldn't ask for anymore our break was much needed, and It delivered thank you Simon we had a great stay.

Comfortable bungalow in heart of New Forest . Very well equipped . 2 pubs in village very welcoming to humans and dogs . Loads of walks if you have a dog . We had great walks across Horseshoe bottom which is nearby .

Had such a lovely weekend stay everything was perfect. Two teenage boys age 15&16 had lots of adventures and my 10 year old daughter had a great time too. The dog loved the garden and all the walks peaceful street lots of things pubs/shops cafe walking distance. Great time had by all. Will definitely be booking again 😃

Outside front of property could do with a garden tidy up & garage door needs attention. Gives a wrong first impression,also picture of pub called The Woolpack is nowhere near the property,picture states outside which gives a wrong impression. Overall we liked the property & it was very clean & had everything we needed.

Excellent location
I scored 4 not 5 as when we pulled up outside the first impression looked as though it may be slightly run down. Once inside though it was all good, light and clean and had everything we needed. The outside space is lovely but could do with some maintenance and there wasn’t enough comfortable seating for us all to sit outside easily. The location is fab, lovely quiet street, good local pubs and great walks on the doorstep. We were also less than 20 minutes from a great beach. Perfect! I would recommend and go again.

The property was clean & comfortable. However outside space did not reach standard of photo. Tired - front door wldnt open properly, back garden had a unique charm but let down by very rusty garden bench. Dirty table & chairs. Old rickety bench with mouldy cushions. This spoilt the whole of the outside area. Weeds in the paving which was sitting area.

We stayed two nights before my daughters wedding. The grandchildren loved the garden and feeling the birds. Also the corner bath! It was perfect for what we needed. Host was good with the communication. And cookies were a treat.

Lovely bungalow in quiet area
Great place to stay. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Secure garden for our dog, probably lovely in the summer, but it rained all the time we were there which was a shame. Quiet area in beautiful part of New Forest. Walks straight from the door into the forest. Good local amenities in the village within walking distance. Visiting sick relatives so not a holiday, but lovely place to return to at night. Thank you for accommodating us at short notice.

Christmas in Sway
Our stay at the bungalow was just as we'd hoped for. A comfortable, cosy place with all essentials provided. The new bathroom made bathing and showering enjoyable and the kitchen was very well equipped. The garden is lovely though, being winter, we didn't spend much time out there. Quiet location within walking distance to New Forest and short dries to the coast.

This property was ideal for our needs. We wanted a bungalow as my father has mobility issues so this worked well. The driveway was quite steep but we managed it fine. It was a great, central location in the New Forest. The house was equipped with everything we needed throughout our stay. It was lovely to be welcome with milk and biscuits so we could have that all-important tea on arrival!

Great improvement made with the bathroom. Lovely little bungalow in a nice central location. Will book again Doors could do with sorting out, internal doors do not close or difficult to close, front door locks need looking at. Internal handle coming off and yale lock unreliable.

Accommodation in the New Forest Hampshire
The drive was slightly scruffy with weeds in the drive, garage area and by the front door. Door step was tatty. Accommodation clean but furniture was ripped in places. Good kitchen with every facility. Comfy beds. Access to second bedroom restricted. Carpets old. Back garden a shambles, very weedy and lawn not mowed. The outside definitely needs attention and let’s the property down.
