"Wonderful 3days, beautiful house, kids loved the up stairs and us adults liked the downstairs. Kids tv upstairs great, downstairs tv could be a bit bigger and could manager to get tv1,2,3 but watched Netflix, did a jigsaw and talk. Would recommend to anyone. "

"Wow! What a space! The drive up is rather intense and I wonder if maybe there should be a warning when booking like other spaces have? Otherwise it was almost otherworldly when we arrived in the thick fog and woke in the morning to wonderful scenery. Definitely recommend "

"This was our first stay at the log cabin at Lyford and we found this to be very comfortable and welcoming. The location was very quiet and peaceful. Very tidy and had all the amenities, great fire place which kept the place warm throughout. Would recommend this as a place for a quiet getaway with only a short drive from Christchurch."
