"Beautiful complex set at bottom of valley around a fish farm and restaurant. The rooms are recently renovated and very neat and tidy, warm shower and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. Our negative is it very hard to find, the listing indicates it is one location and main road into Ulupinar, google maps show it also on main road opposite mosque, it is however on otherside of valley from there so you go further down the road around and down and big hill under signage...

"Some street pavers were being laid and the road was blocked and dust was a problem in the area. The hotel itself was clean and staff was exceptional. Wifi is available but don’t expect the latest high speed. Hotel is in a great location with access to restaurants, beach, marina and the town square."

"Location is fantastic. It's across the street from beach clubs. The main square is about a 5 min walk or so. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included so that's a plus. Not a big fan of the jacuzzi inside the room but for some folks, it might be a plus. "

"Really loved the aesthetic, lovely embroidered bedding and crochet decorations, good tiled floors. Well considered design. Excellent breakfast, such an assortment of treats, we preferred it when it was vegetarian (sometimes it was assumed that everyone ate meat)…. Very friendly staff. Good waking distance down to the centre but on a fairly quiet road. Bedside lamps for reading would have made it perfect! "

Views from top terrace over Kalamar Bay are stunning. 20 min walk to Kalkan although the walk back up is a killer with the hills(but you can get a taxi).although"
