"Lots of instruction from the owner on how to get in and maintain the property etc. Property is very spacious and well maintained and has a beautiful view. Excellent communication from the owner too. Maybe would have liked to see some basics supplied such as tea and long life milk. Also as a tall person i hit my head on light fittings a few times, as well as the angled walls. Overall an excellent property."

"Fantastic place to stay for a 'Get Away Break'. No phone or 5g signal at the property so please be aware. Signal on the beach, up the hill, but not in the property. Fantastic beach, views, absolutely perfect for me who went fishing everyday. Pub/bar next door, couple of shops within walking distance, but less than 10 minutes drive to Newquay and a bus that runs every hour. Fully recommend for getting away from it all."

We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. "We love this accommodation- it’s a spacious modern penthouse with an amazing view over Towan Bay. Great communication with the host and he very quickly helped sort out initial problems we had with lighting and heating after a power cut. "Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
