1. ID Requirement: Please provide a government-issued ID for all guests above 18 during the online check-in process.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Please adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. To ensure a smooth experience, check-in is from 3 PM onward, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

3. Guest Limit: Only those listed in your reservation are permitted on the premises of the property. No visitors or unregistered individuals should have access to the property.

4. Residential Use Only: The property is intended for private residential use by registered guests only. If your stay involves additional guests beyond your reservation, we cannot be responsible for privacy concerns.

5. Respect the Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM). Parties, events, illegal activities, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Loud music after 10 PM is not allowed.

6. No Smoking: Please use designated smoking areas. Smoking tobacco or any recreational drugs inside the building is strictly forbidden. A €500 penalty will apply for non-compliance.

7. Furniture and Structures: Refrain from moving furniture or setting up tents or other structures. A €300 cleaning fee will apply for any stains or any items that are taken or damaged.

8. Departure: When leaving, please turn off all lights and heating, place your key badge in the designated lockbox, clean the kitchen, and dispose of any leftover items to avoid a €200 cleaning fee.

9. Liability: Please note that we are not liable for issues managed by third-party entities.

10. Damages and Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages or additional cleaning incurred during their stay.

11. Support Liability: As a self-check-in property without a reception, we will not assume liability for check-in problems if guests are uncooperative with troubleshooting. In-person assistance is unavailable from 5 PM to 9 AM, including weekends and holidays.

12. On-Site Visits: We offer 24/7 remote support for any issues that may arise. On-site visits are subject to availability during weekday hours (9 AM to 5 PM) after internal decision. If a guest requests an on-site visit after remote troubleshooting and no issue is found, the guest will be liable for all associated costs.

13. Compliance: It’s essential to comply with all house guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund.

Close to everything!

Loved being in Grund with a 2 min. walk to an elevator to Ville-Haute. The property was spacious and clean. Some printed, tourist information in the apartment would be the cherry on top!

Location and VIEW

This property is perfect for a stay in old town Luxembourg. The space is amble and the view can't be beat. Property management is very attentive and helpful. I would def stay here again.

Great location

Great location, central to the city with lots of great views from the condo. Easy access to the entire area. Parking is an issue in the area but free parking Friday from 1800 until Monday morning if you can find it. Overall a great experience.

Modern apartment in Luxembourg

The modern apartment in Luxembourg was perfect for my wife and myself. Located in the old part of town with fabulous views out of the windows. The apartment itself was very clean with more than enough space for us. We found Bakeries and restaurants easily and really enjoyed exploring the city. We would rent the apartment again on our next visit, thank you

Apartment was as very nice but bathroom is tiny and shower was almost pointless - it dribbled! Area was very noisy until the early hours because of local bars. I asked if a fan could be provided and was told the forecast was bad so one wasn’t needed. On arrival it was 32c. I asked again and was told it was cold!!! When I explained it wasn’t they ignored me. The info re parking was useless, this is a crucial element because you can’t drive up to the property. Arca the host simply sent links to confusing parking web pages. We have experienced many excellent hosts through VRBO and other platforms. This company was the worst we have ever know. They only seem interested in laying down their rules and trying to get you to pay for extras. I really couldn’t recommend any apartment managed by Arca Properties. Avoid if possible.
