"Top notch! We arrived outside and not 1 but 2 concierge came running out to our taxi to take our bags! We do short breaks with luggage consisting of a backpack but they still insisted. Our room was beautiful and the sunken bath was fab but I only noticed it late on in our stay. Everything was perfect. No noise etc. Cocktails in the bar were amazing and the waiters were just fabulous. We didnt eat at the restaurant as unfortunately they dont support the welfare of animals 😔 it was a huge let down as i wanted to enjoy dinner when we arrived but we went elsewhere. We own a restaurant back home and sourcing produce from seas and farms means we know what goes on and we need to ensure there's no animal cruelty for our own piece of mind. Its sad 5* hotels don't care about animals 😢 "

"Great quality, easy transport links boths to airport and city centre while staff were always polite and helpful. Only negative is that there was construction going on both in the hotel and surrounding area"
