The Space:
The main spaces of this 80 sqm|861 sq ft. apartment :
- A contemporary and luminous open-plan living space with unique decor and some plants for a splash of green and a cheerful vibe!
- There’s a nice comfy sofa and seating area near the window where natural light seeps in during the day, illuminating the space and a large flatscreen Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- Beyond, a little dining area is set up like an outdoor eatery with two round cafe tables and some chairs to enjoy a meal at home or wind down with a glass of wine after a long day.
- There are two high bar stool chairs at the “breakfast bar” at the kitchen counter. Check underneath and find a grand surprise! There’s a washer/dryer down there! This is an added convenience that is free to use for our guests. There’s an iron and ironing board as well to press your clothes for a business meeting or night out!
- Moving on to the fantastic and fully-equipped kitchen that has all the appliances needed to prepare meals at home.
- As you head to the bedrooms, you pass two unique details, a bench to sit on and remove your shoes & wood hooks to hang your bag, coat or hat!
- Across from these details is the full bathroom that is sleek and functional with a toilet, vanity area and spacious stand-in shower. There’s a hairdryer provided too. And don’t forget the apartment has a smaller half bath for added convenience.
- Onto the bedrooms with queen-sized beds and their own wonderful and unique decor. Designed to be stylish and exude great energy and yet functional and comfortable. Both rooms have their own desk setup for remote workers, students, or business travellers. Having a laptop-friendly workspace while away makes all the difference!
You will find this place in the Belair district to be a highlight of your visit! With supermarkets, restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy and more just across the street and with Luxembourg city centre a 5-min walk away but yet far enough to have peace and quiet in your accommodation.
Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!
The Neighborhood:
Enjoy international cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities during your stay, all accessible by public and private transport facilities available in and around your vicinity.
Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 5-20 min.
Getting Around:
It’s about an 11-12 minute drive (around 9.5 km | 6 miles) to/from the LUX International Airport to the apartment. There are other means of transportation like the bus, Luxtram tram line, Webtaxi or you can pre-arrange your airport transfer by towncar. If you need assistance, let us know. We’d be happy to help!
Other Things to Note:
Smart TV, bed linens & bath towels are all provided free for guests during your stay.
Long-term stays are welcomed in the apartment for the remote worker or business traveller.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age to book.
- Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 300€ penalty.
- It is imperative that guests adhere to the designated check-in and check-out times. Failure to do so will result in a fee of 10€ per hour.
- Please be respectful of the neighbours: Parties/events, illegal activity, and excessive noise are prohibited. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm.
- Only guests listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Moving furniture or setting up tents/other structures are not allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- You agree to cover any charge related to damages during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if needed after your stay.
- You are required to provide a government ID during the online check-in process.
- Parties are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate removal from the premises and a penalty of 500 euros. Please maintain a quiet environment out of respect for our community.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
