After you've completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.

This is the perfect size for a family of 4! Very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing time. Easy to walk to ski slopes and nice to have the ski locker for our equipment.

Perfect Spot
The property is modern and well kept. Perfect location for our young family to enjoy the pools and overlook the beautiful Lutsen ski area. This was a great home base for adventures into the hiking trails and close to Grand Marais. We enjoyed the condo and found it very comfortable to be in with all the necessities.

Everything we needed in a great location
This is a lovely well-stocked condo with gorgeous views of Moose mountain. The owner is highly responsive and when we had a minor issue they replied immediately and were very helpful. The loft space worked perfectly for kids. This was our second time staying here and we will be back!

Fun place to stay. Great location. Plenty of activities to entertain any age group. The view was amazing each morning. The yard games, swimming and bon fire were a great way end each day. The Farmer's were great host and answered quickly when needed. Directions and check in was easy to follow as well.

Great condo to use as home base for fall trip
We hiked, took the gondola, enjoyed the sights, explored nearby rivers and trails and visited Grand Marais. This condo is perfect as a launching spot for all things. It was clean and tidy with a great view of the mountain.

We had everything we needed, the place was cozy and sweet, the wood burning fireplace was a treat, would recommend highly. The kitchen was well stocked, we cooked several meals. We stayed with our 2 adult kiddos (18 and 21) and they had plenty of space to chill and relax. Perfect location for the ski runs. Thank you!

Great location, all the amenities
The property was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace. Check-in was seamless. The location was ideal with beautiful views and easy access to everything the north shore has to offer. Only drawback was the thin walls and noisy neighbors, which is no fault of the property owner. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely return.

Our Lutsen Experience
This condo was perfect for our family of four. It is easy ski in/out access. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The condo was very clean and communication with the owners was easy. This was out first visit to Lutsen and we plan to come back. I hope to stay in the same condo when we return.

Ski Vacation
Our experience staying here was fantastic. The accommodations were even better than advertised. The beds were very comfortable, towels were thick and soft and there were more than enough utensils/pots/pans to be able to cook our own meals when we chose to. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. The kids loved the pool, hot tub and even the skating rink after skiing all day. Thank you for creating such a great space for our family to make memories!

Great Condo!
My husband, daughter and I came to the condo for a ski/snowboarding trip. Everything was perfect! The condo is exactly as pictured online with plenty of room for us, and had everything we needed. The ski in/ski out was perfect for taking breaks and the lockers on the bottom floor made it so we didn’t have to bring our skis and board into the condo. The on-site restaurant was good, we ate there several times. Owners were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the perfect size for four people. There were lots of amenities at Caribou Highlands: pool, hot tub, ice skating rink, bocce ball, ladder golf, outdoor fire pits, ski locker, and firewood. It was right on Lutsen Mountain which made it very convenient to go skiing. The owners answered any questions I had within two minutes and were able to offer us an early check in AND a late check out. I would highly recommend this place!
