The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. "Loved this place. The rooms were great - we had adjoining. The breakfast was AMAZING! The best I’ve ever had. The beautiful restaurant it is served in, the choices, good coffee, cheeses, eggs, salads meat, fish, juices……. I loved it. Good location to walk to Christmas markets. Parking onsite. Sauna available. A bar. I would recommend. "

"Overall we liked the hotel, spacious room, comfy bed and welcoming staff. Fabulous pool area and we tried the tapas restaurant for dinner and it was excellent. What didn’t go well. I used chat function to advise we would bring our dog and got a response this was no problem. When we arrived at 17:30 they had no record of this. They were nice about it and brought a dog kit to our room shortly after check in. Our room was not completely set up, no robes, slippers or towels for the room. Toiletries...

"Just great. Very short stay to discovery city. Since it's outside of the island, it's super quiet. Rooms are super efficient and cool. Bluetooth speaker Chromecast is amazing too.staff was very professional and breakfast have plenty of options. Thank you NIU!"

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "

"COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."
