"We visited during the Festival of Lights so the city was crowded. The hotel was close enough to the light displays but far enough not to hear the crowds. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The hotel was beautiful. The room was amazing with three balconies! We would come back. "

"Amazing customer service especially from the front desk & specifically the considerate who was a mine of information and help, even with unusual questions. In the centre of all the action for the fete de lumieres, with a great view from my balcony. Loved the red bar - very intimate!"

"Decorated like an old school, this place had charm! They provided tea and coffee in the rooms and offered wine service for when you arrived for an extra charge. I also had difficulty getting a hold of a tour company I booked through and the hotel staff called them throughout the day until they got back to me. It was incredible and a huge stress reliever.
