"Quel culot de nous envoyer votre questionnaire. Nous n'avons pas pu passer nos vacances dan le gîte prévu car il était déjà occupé à notre arrivée. Aucune solution de re-logement nous a été proposé pour notre semaine de vacances après 780kms de voyage, seulement une nuit d'Hôtel et un remboursement du séjour. C'est vraiment lamentable. "We had two really excellent weeks at the apartment in the house in St Martin de Bavel. Although we enjoyed some agreeably quiet relaxing times in the garden looking out into the dramatic vista of Grand Colombier with a cold glass of local wine, we spent most of our time out and about. The surrounding countryside is dramatic, the ViaRhona cycle route is unchallenging (unless you do it as we chose to in 37° heat in which case it was extremely challenging) and there are many large and small towns...
