"The place had everything from a variety of tea bags to soft clean robes, even honey packets for your tea! This place gives everything you can imagine and the pool was definitely the best part! It has 2 amazing water slides and you can order drinks while in the pool. Definitely the best hotel ever!"

"We arrived late in the evening. The front desk guy was not professional at all. Told us that we only made a reservation and did not pay for our stay, which was not true. Then proceeded to called someone else that told him that the expedia reservation was payed. After that he gave us a key to a room smaller that the one we booked. "The place is wonderful and appears to be new or newly refurbished. Everything was great except for the WiFi. It did not reach our room so we had to go to the kitchen area. Should be an easy fix for them though."
