"Rooms were kept too hot, even with the window open our whole stay. Lights were on in the carpark all night which reflected into our room. I requested a high floor, north facing room on booking, but was given a ground floor room on arrival. No rooms in this hotel face north which I wasn't made aware of until check-in, despite my emailing about it.
