Quiet location, friendly atmosphere
The hotel lies a bit in the outskirts of Lund, but very close to the Biomedical Centre (BMC) and the Skåne University Hospital (Sus). Nice and quiet surroundings. Very friendly staff and atmosphere. The hotel is not very modern, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Good and basic breakfast. Unfortunately, I checked in too late (after 2000 hrs) to have the evening meal, which was included in the rate.

Simple but perfect for our needs
Bed was ok, a little uncomfy after 3 nights. Shower has ok pressure, blackout curtains don’t quite cover the windows. Mini bar is a proper fridge that you can store milk in if not using as a mini bar. Shower gel and shampoo provided. Massage chairs downstairs are worth a go. Also, the waffle maker is superb! Try a waffle with bacon and then add syrup - amazing! Loved the stay here.

Convenience while working
This hotel met my needs while working for 2 weeks at Lund University (which is only a short walk away). The room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful, and it was a quiet location. Having dinner included was useful after being busy all day and not feeling like walking into town, however don't expect restaurant quality food - you will generally get a basic soup and something like meatballs and potato, or crumbed fish with rice, and each night the same salad bar. You will not go hungry, but you will quickly yearn for some proper local dishes in town. Breakfast is much more enjoyable, lots to choose from. Location-wise it's quite isolated from any cafes or city amenities, so bring your walking shoes to get out and about. The walk to the city centre is nice but will take 20 minutes, although there is a bus stop right outside which may get you there faster (I didn't try catching the buses).

Practical nice place
Very nice small hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast service is excellent. We stayed there before the Lund University arrival day and enjoyed. The regular bed was confortable not so the additional one. We have a suite with a little kichinette useful for light dinner preparation. We arrived late night on Agust 13, and duty manager was extremly helpful (sorry we miss his name). We stayed 4 nights and Wi-Fi worked most of the time (failed one night). It is located 15 minutes walking distance from Lund Central or you could use buses (jojo card required). I recommend staying at this hotel.

I love this hotel. I have family nearby so visit every year. The rooms are nice, the staff friendly and accommodating. It's a short walk to the city center and university, but bus service is right outside. They have their own bar and include both a large breakfast buffet and a light evening meal in the price of the room.

Spartan, ininspiring, but did the job
On a business trip involving an overnight stay, I was looking for a priceworthy hotel with convenient parking (which is free if you give your reg number at the desk). That's precisely what I got. Rooms were clean, though slightly worn and quite spartan; décor uninspiring. Nothing wrong with the place but it is a far cry from some of the up-market hotels on offer elsewhere in the city. Works fine if one has a car, though there is also a bus stop outside the front door. Neighbourhood (residential with blocks of flats nearby) was quiet and unintrusive. Recommendation? I was happy since I just wanted to lock myself in my room and prepare some presentation material. For that purpose, just fine. But for those who want the atmosphere and location of a hotel to contribute to the overall touristic experience, go somewhere else.

Nice room, comfortable bed, quiet. Functional but dated bathroom. Breakfast was good and the Dinner, whilst basic is a nice freebie, free tea and coffee during the day with biscuits and plenty of fresh fruit. Real plus is the free use of bikes for getting around town which was excellent. Would certainly stay again - not luxury but a very Good value functional hotel.

run down, not clean and poor service
We had booked two twin rooms for two adults and three children but were given two singles instead and informed that for anything else we needed to pay extra. We did pay extra for an extra bed (which was ok). Not even room keys and towels for each person on the reservation were made available by the reception (one each per room). In addition, one of the rooms was not cleaned when we wanted to move in (but this was rectified). The children were offered ice cream at check-in but no lactose-free alternative was made available on request, not even some juice. Wifi in the rooms was not working but only in the corridor (and only less-busy times). The little fridge in one of the rooms was not working and smelled. The bathrooms were rundown. The air-conditioning (?) directly outside the windows made noise during the entire night. Positive experiences were the (simple but good) dinner and the great breakfast but it did not redeem this overall very disappointing stay. Not recommended.

Great deal for those traveling with a car.
Excellent stay for two days. Though it is away from the tourist path, and located in a university setting, it worked well for us having rented a car. It was a quick & easy drive to the city center and the Lund Cathedral. At the same time it provided easy access for us to drive to other scenic parts of Skane Lan. All the important amenities were available to us including two meals a day. Rooms were comfortable and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
