"Could not recommend this accommodation enough - a real hidden gem! Massive, secure 2 bedroom apartment in a wider bunkhouse complex which was, when we stayed, not occupied. Only 5 mins drive from Kirriemuir and so quiet and peaceful - in the heart of the countryside. Comms were great and all mod cons throughout including WiFi, TVs in all rooms and even a starter hamper! Will definitely book again. The dog loved the outdoor space which is literally ‘on your doorstep’! A+"

"I booked this through expedia had confirmation of the booking and money taken from my account. I turned up to property and no one was there or had given me the code to the lockbox. Tried to contact the host several times and no answer. After sitting outside the property for over 2 hours and trying all different methods to contact the host I eventually managed to get through to them. They said they dont advertise through expedia and were happy to refund me. I am still awaiting a refund and can't...

Communication was excellent and the hosts were lovely local people, we had easy access if we required any assistance. Access to the property was simple as was parking. This gorgeous little two bedroom apartment had everything we needed for our stay, it felt like home rather than a hotel. "All in all the location was wonderful and so were the rooms. We were there 4 nights and we had breakfast and dinners in. Very quickly we filled the rubbish bin. We look everywhere for more plastic bags but none were available. I contacted your office requesting assistance and no one contact us. We had to make do"

"Our stay at this apartment was lovely, the listing is as it describes. We stayed 3 weeks which is a long time, everything was clean and we had everything we needed. We were not able to change the sheets as there were no spare and we had to get a second set of towels as there was no dryer to dry them after washing and they would have not been nice to use after drying on the horse. Otherwise, a lovey apartment and definitely would recommend staying at this location."
