Mais quand nous sommes arrivés après près de 800 kms de route, la location était déjà occupée !!!! Bravo a la propriétaire qui a mal géré cette réservation et a Abritel qui a confirmé une location qui était déjà occupée. Nos vacances ont été gâchées !!!! "

"Llegada nefasta. Avisamos de que llegábamos de madrugada. Avisaron que hay auto check-In y al llegar la puerta no habría. Por más y tocamos nadie abrió la puerta, a las 2 de la madrugada y sin poder entrar al apartamento. Eso es imperdonable. Digeron que nos compensaría por haber estado pasando frío toda la noche y aún estoy esperando. Nada serios. Si alguien duda de lo que digo tengo los WhatsApp y la contestación pero a esas horas eso no se puede permitir."
