"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. "Stayed in Room 107 for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very good condition with marble and tiles everywhere. My room was on the first floor. No lift though. The room had a strong smell of Naphthalene. "Super surprised by our stay at Moyura Hotel, we had a lovely stay and all the staff were super helpful. First the room were the best we've had Nepal, especially at this price point.
