The staff were incredibly rude and incompetent, and the advertised services (room, running hot water, A/C, taxi service) were not made available or were double and triple charged. Inexcusable service"

"The room was hot as sin, had a fan and aircon never worked. Spring bed, old linen & Towels, water brown, took 10 min to heat up, no pressure. Breakfast on first morning terrible. Second morning much better. Asked for room with aircon and was moved. Much better than first impression I won't be returning. "
