"Chateau Elan is extremely beautiful. Everyone at the resort is nice and accommodating. The Pub on grounds had terrible customer service each time we went. The waiters never engaged with us and service was non existent."

Cozy and comfortable
"The cabin was clean and tidy, everything worked except for the hot tub, which was disappointing as the hot tub was one of the reasons we had booked the cabin. The owners called for a repair but it was a holiday weekend and I don’t think a repair was feasible due to the holiday."
