Spacious apartment

The apartment is air conditioned, very bright and spacious (90 m2) fully equipped. The house is in the nature, among meadows in a cute little village. Nearby there are restaurants, bus stop, hiking trails and the highway to the Capital city Ljubljana.
Wake up and explore the forest and nature on your doorstep. Located only a 15 min drive from Ljubljana, so you can have the best of both worlds. We can suggest activities in and around Ljubljana and Slovenia.
Public transport in our country can be problem, especially if you don't live in one of our major cities ( Ljubljana, Maribor etc.). Please, be aware of that. Visitors should be prepared to walk around, or go by bus in case they are not coming with their own car. We are happy to help with our private transport, when we are available and if / when this is discussed in advance.

Notre appart était bien situé mais l'annonce. Ne correspondait pas, a la réalité : pas de balcon pas de sèche linge, pas de piscine . Manque de couverts et d'équipements de cuisine pas de cafetière ...équipement médiocre.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Der Empfang und die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber waren hervorragend. Zentrale, aber sehr ruhige Lage, nahe der Autobahn und 15 Minuten von Ljubljana entfernt.

Zeer mooie woning met vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaar
Perfecte locatie een zeer nette woning en de eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam ook zijn gezin staat klaar om hulp te bieden als het nodig is Locatie ligt op nog geen 5 min van de autoweg waardoor je snel overal bent

Ein modernes Land, das eine Reise wert ist!
Bei dem Objekt handelt es sich um ein geräumiges Privathaus mit insgesamt 3 Etagen. Die gebuchte Ferienwohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss und ist einfach nur riesig! Eine toll ausgestattete Küche, ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit gutem SAT-TV, drei sehr große Schalzimmer, ein Eßbereich und ein Bad mit Dusche und einem getrennten WC machen den Urlaub zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis. Ein Balkon rundet die Wohnung ab. Parkplätze sind am Haus reichlich vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Betreuung durch den Vermieter und Eigentümer Darko, der alle Wünsche erfüllt, viele Auskünfte über die Umgebung geben kann und sehr gut Englisch spricht. Nur wenige Meter entfernt ist die Autobahnzufahrt, die Hauptstadt Ljubljana ist in 20 Minuten bequem mit dem PKW zu erreichen, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet das Dorf Lukovica in ca. 300 Metern Entfernung. Dort gibt es auch gleich zwei Möglichkeiten, morgens leckere Brötchen zu kaufen. Die Austattung des Hauses lässt auch für eine große Familie keine Wünsche offen, alle Geräte funktionieren, die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend. Mangelhaft war für mich die Kommunikation mit der Agentur, die bis zur Anreise nicht geschafft hat, Reiseunterlagen per mail oder Post zur Verfügung zu stellen. Für die geforderte Vermittlungsgebühr ist das etwas dürftig. Das können andere Agenturen deutlich besser. Der Preis des Objektes ist absolut angemessen und besonders im Blick auf die verkehrsgünstige Lage günstig. Malerische Ausblicke lassen den Urlaub in Lukovica zu einem sehr guten Erlebnis werden.
