"The total service was good. The staff were approachable and always ready to assist us. The only thing that I notice was most of the pools are not available and not that clean as well. We only enjoyed our stay in the room. Cafeteria only have few food options and a bit pricey. But it was a good thing that they are allowing guests to order thru online food delivery. "

"We had to leave for another hotel after we found the roof leaking in multiple places in our bungalow room. My laptop was covered in water. Bed was wet. Grounds were flooded and there was no restaurant nor cold drinks available. I rarely write a bad review, but this place needs a complete overhaul. I am writing to Expedia for a refund. "

"The staff are courteous and very helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The room is good, but there are no toiletries. You have to buy then in the lobby. There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria."

"The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315. "

"The place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room. "

I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "The worst hotel I've ever been to, I paid 80 dollars for one night and it should be a 1-star hotel the worst you can find, better than writing and seeing the photos I posted to see the reality of the hotel .The mini bar didn't work, the water in the sink wasn't clogged, the toilet poured water underneath, the air conditioning was from the 1850s and made noise that couldn't be sleep , the small lunch is better not to try, The water to drink you had to go out of the room to fill the jar,I had two cups with a spoon, I don't know what if I had nothing to drink,"

"This was a convenient spot for going around Lucena. The Pacific Mall is only a 6-minute walk away. There is a night market just outside the hotel, so that does add some noise and traffic (but great food options). The breakfast is a mix of plated main entrees and buffet sides."
