This 240 m2 house is located in a quiet residential area a few minutes drive away from Evian.
The main floor is organised around an open living room with sofas and a TV, that allows access to a small North facing terrace and the North facing garden, as well as a larger South facing terrace and garden. This main South facing terrace has a round dining table with 10 bar stools, 9 garden chairs, 3 sun-beds and a coal barbecue. The inside dining area has a table for 8-10 people and is next to a well equipped kitchen : coffee machine, fridge/freezer, cellar, toaster, raclette machine, kettle, gas hob, double oven. North-West facing windows show a great view of Lake Geneva and the garden from the living area and the kitchen. The master bedroom is the only one on this floor : 2 single beds joined to make a 180cm x 200cm double bed, lake view from the large window, lots of built-in cupboard space, with its ensuite bathroom : bathtub, sink, separate shower.
The hallway between the bedroom and the main room offers lots of storage space and a separate WC.
The lower ground floor accommodates four bedrooms. The first is small and has a sofa-bed for 2, a cupboard and a garden view, the second has two single beds, a cupboard and access to the garden through glass doors, the third has a double bed with a single bunk bed above it, built-in storage space, a desk and access to the garden through glass doors, and the last bedroom has a 180cm double bed and access to the garden. On this floor there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower room and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
