"It was kinda in the middle of the boonies. But has amazing views. Staff has a hard time speaking english but we found a way to understand each other. Overall had a lovely experience. Make sure you make transportation plans in advance it is impossible to find a taxi and buses will not get you to this location. "

"Place was amazing. The drive from Orvieto is slow narrow roads uphill for 30-45 min. Then full stop……….. the place is an incredible castle with amazing views and surroundings. "Great rural location with beautiful pool area and excellent restaurant. We had a wine tasting while there which was generous and interesting. Call ahead to see if horseback riding is available on the date of your visit. The location is just gorgeous. We highly recommend!"

"Amazing small hotel great that it has additional indoors pool included in the proce of the room helps when the weather is not great as the outdoor pool is not heated. Great room even small one is including balcony and is quite spacious. Only improvement I would suggest is more choices in the restaurant as after 2 days of lunch and dinner you might feel like you tried everything. Pool menu is a nice alternative as you can order just a small sandwich btw amazing focaccia with mozzarella 😍"

"I can not give this property the justice it deserves from the front desk and their countless accommodations for transportation and the beautiful quiet facility they provide. The wine is delicious and the dinner at their restaurant is no disappointment. We hope to come for a longer stay next time to be able to enjoy the many things The Griffin Resort has to offer. "

"What I liked most was the superb view and the friendliness of the staff. Rooms are quite big and air conditioning allows you to warm it up in case it gets cold. Location is only 5 minutes drive from Amelia town. The restaurant in there is at the moment closed, anyway the host was also very kind on suggesting another very good restaurant in Amelia."

"Our stay exceeded our expectations. The layout and outdoor spaces were just what our family group of 15 would hope for! We were 12 adults and 3 infants staying for 5 nights. "My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! We stayed in the Spade room and it was so cute. We loved the decorations and the look of the room. We were greeted with a friendly, smiling face when we arrived and immediately led to our room. The view on the property is gorgeous, and we loved the friendly cats that hang around outside! "a wonderful place for a holiday. we were two families of 8 people. We were enchanted by the place. the swimming pool was the icing on the cake after a day full of impressions. We highly recommend it to people and families who are looking for an atmospheric, magical place. the hosts were very nice and helpful. We regret that our vacation lasted only two weeks. I will add that the base was great, less than 10 km to the A1, so it was very nice. We also greet the hosts."
