Nestled on the heights of the village of Lugarde, this semi-detached house of character from 1825, completely renovated, welcomes you in a calm and preserved environment.
Located in the Regional Natural Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne, you can go hiking nearby as well as on the Monts du Cantal and the Massif du Sancy, swimming and water activities at Lake Lastioules, fishing in the Santoire and skiing at the resorts of Super-Besse and Super-Lioran. You can also visit the villages of Marcenat, Condat and Riom es Montagnes, discover the Vélorail du Cézallier, the Orthodox monastery of Marcenat and the Vulcania amusement park.
This cottage benefits from an enclosed plot of 200m² with panoramic views of the village of Lugarde and the Monts du Cantal. On the ground floor, living room with fireplace with pellet stove (1 bag per day included and €7 per additional bag), fully equipped kitchen area, shower room with WC. On the 1st floor, two bedrooms with 1 double bed and one bedroom with 1 single bed and 1 raised bed. Electric heating according to consumption. No TV available.
