(CHF 0,80 / KWH - electric counter) If the
consumption is less, the difference will be given back,
if higher, to be paid on departure-day in cash.
OPTIONAL CHARGES:
- Extra towel CHF 3,00. To wash the laundry by the
tourist ist not allowed.
- Garage in Via Violetta with walking up through the
garden to the apartment CHF 105.
- Indoor pool CHF 35 / person / week
- 1 dog 15 kg CHF 1§05/week.
THE GREEN OASIS only 2 km far from the city center.
The castle-like residence with 3 villas and a total of 10 maisonette flats (non-smoker) on different size for 1-9 persons - and each with its own entrance from the outside - is located in the most exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola-Cortivo at foot of Monte Brè (the sunniest mountain in Switzerland) close to the lake (70 metres as the crow flies) and the lakeside path to the pitturesque fishing village of "Gandria" (1.3 km).
Quiet and sunny and away from the traffic of the communal and cantonal road between the private cul-de-sac Via Violetta and the ancient olive footpath to Gandria (1.3 km), Barony Le Pergole is enthroned above a 4,000 m2 terraced Mediterranean tree garden with panoramic views of Lake Lugano and the nearby mountains.

The common indoor pool (on request and for a fee) with 140 m2 of sun terraces with sun loungers and table tennis is open from June to the end of September and can be used by people/swimmers aged 12 and over.

are available for self-service in the garden shed on the communal terrace below the pool house. Also available for use by all tenants: Washing and drying machine.
The indoor pool can be closed at any time due to official regulations in case of Corona pandemic.
However, there is nearby free of charge a local boat- and bath-stage and a small pebble beach (for sporty people) within 130 metres on the private street and stairs down to the lake.
The Lido "San Domenico" with swimming in the lake is . nearby, reachable within 500 m. Subject with charge.
The garden flat is equipped with :

1 bedcouch (0,8 x 2 m) comfortable restored ancient
furniture. Satellite-TV, Wifi and with
- country-style kitchen with fridge with freezer
compartment, 4 ring hob, oven, microwave with

washing machine., barbecue for terrace..

place. Otherwise cleaning will be charged.

beginning of Via Violetta.
- To wash the Barony-laundry by the tourist
is not allowed.
