Schade ist, das der Badezugang am Haff mittlerweile komplett mit Schilf zugewachsen ist. top Ausstattung und endlich ein Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Geschirr (auch wenn der Geschirrspüler noch läuft!). Einzig Bademäntel haben uns für den Luxus gefehlt."

Ausstattung ausreichend für 2 Personen. Es fehlt ein Toaster (unerlässlich für Menschen die glutenfreies Brot essen müssen, das schmeckt ungetoastet wie Pappe), und ein Dunstabzug. "Impossible to reach anyone if you need help. To order cleaning, it is a dream!!!!! New building with cracks in the walls. Checking in was a disaster. Reception is located behind shopping mall, totally different direction then the apartments. The only plus was my pregnancy. Helped me to get through the check in line in no time as the manager noticed. Breakfast is served at Radisson Blu Hotel. Very good. Except the service and a few hundreds pax eating at the same spot. Well... was expecting more...

"Fantastic hotel, we had a room with balcony and view to the baltic see. Very comfortable apartment with enough cooking facilities for a weeks family holiday. Pool is great, location great and staff friendly. The sofa bed is very hard though. We asked for 2 extra duvets which helped cushion it out. Overall a great hotel for a family holiday. We'll worth the money. Coffee on the balcony as the sun is coming up over the water. Drinks then in the afternoon on the balcony again enjoying the...

Broken air conditioning

"The hotel was having some decoration work doing to it whilst on our visit. The work was contained, but we were welcomed by a lady who was using the hoover and didn’t stop and made us feel in the way! Breakfast: good New TV delivered one day in our room & woke us up as it was programmed with an alarm at midnight! Annoying ! We spoke to room service and the front desk 4 times over 2 days as our air conditioning stopped working. They kept saying they had fixed it & they hadn’t, also annoying. They should have followed up with us and checked. Otherwise a convenient location & clean hotel. "
