Located with access to the most desired all sports lakes in the area, Hamlin Lake, you won’t want to miss this rustic setting on acreage, very private! Get the feeling of rustic living with all of the modern amenities. From the stainless steel appliances; master bedroom with queen bed and the loft with 2 new full size mattresses (one extra firm hybrid coil mattress and one medium/plush memory foam bed), to the fire pit and outdoor hot tub. It has a Gas Grill with a large deck a hot tub. Take a walk through the woods or enjoy a fire in the fire pit. You can watch TV on the 50” TV (Roku) , and an upstairs TV with built in DVD player. Or sit on the couch and enjoy the fire and heat from the pellet stove (seasonal pellets) or cool air from our central air conditioning. If you enjoy watching all kinds of wildlife or just want to sit back and enjoy a great book, don’t miss an opportunity to enjoy your next travel or romantic getaway to the Arrowhead Cabin.

The cottage is private and does not sit directly on the lake (less than 1000 ft down a dead end road in front of the home), but does have seasonal lake views - shallow water area, able to put in with kayaks (no dock). Close by are other launches such as Victory Park or the Beautiful State Park! (Seasonal furniture and kayaks). We are in the upper Hamlin area, meaning depending on the time of year and how the weather is, there are cattails/reeds/rice in the area, but there are usually runs cut to get out into the main part of Upper Hamlin. You won't be disappointed in the beautiful views! Recommend 4WD in the winter!

Short drive to Lake Michigan and coast towns (Ludington, Manistee....), Amber Elk Farm, shopping, restaurants, beautiful Ludington State Park with swimming/fishing/hiking trails/snowshoeing....

Not a great first impression. Weeds in the flower area, lots of spider webs around property and some inside. Dead bugs in door frames. They had kayaks but to get them to the water would be tough with the gravel road and hills.Hot tub nice.

We loved our time at the Arrowhead Cabin, the pictures do not do it justice! So beautiful inside and outside. If you like to cook, the cabin is perfectly stocked. The hot tub was great after long days of hiking and beach. The Ludington area is so beautiful with so much to do, I would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Arrowhead Cabin is truly nestled in the woods and would be great year round. It was spacious enough for our 3 adults and toddler, and we made good use of both the front and back porches. Would recommend!

Great Weekend Getaway
Our stay was a great little weekend away! The property is very cute and homey. There’s lots of entertainment at the home and nearby! We did have some issues, but the property managers were able to solve it and help us right away. I would definitely recommend staying here the next time you’re in Ludington!

A peaceful, private getaway
This A-frame cabin had everything we needed - nothing more and nothing less - for a quiet week away to enjoy the beautiful scenery and outdoor fun that Michigan has to offer. The private location, while off the paved road in a peaceful spot in the woods, was a great jumping off point to get to many interesting towns and lakes. The host was very attentive and kind and provided everything for a comfortable stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to return for another visit!
