extremely close to the city fireworks launch point. set out on one of the two decks with a fireplace on and watch the fireworks Or just look at Lake Michigan.
4th of July parade Marches down Ludington avenue right under the north deck.

Brand New everything! Made just for you and your large group! Across the street from the beach. Easy elevator access. Sleep 10-12! 4 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms with King, Queen, Double, and single beds. 2 Outdoor Deck Spaces. Enjoy!! Large Living Room. Plenty of seating for every one at meal times. Basement Game Room now open! Please note we have security cameras in the common spaces, parking lot and fire stairwell. No cameras are in the Condo units itself. Please no pets at this time.
