"We stayed as a family of four at Christmas time. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We appreciated the Christmas decorations and fairy lights. The George & Dragon is lovely local pub, and only a short walk away. There are also some great beaches 30mins away. "

There are lots of walks, bike rentals and Louth has lots of great shops and restaurants. Communication with Emily was perfect. We will definitely visit again."

"We had a lovely time in Connie Cottage. The location was great, peaceful despite being near lots of other cabins and the kids loved playing in the woods. We spent lots of time relaxing in and around the cabin but also went to Mablethorpe (beach and seal sanctuary), the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, Louth leisure centre (good pool for little ones), Tattershall castle and to Hull to visit the Deep - all easily accessible from the cabin. "Great place. Plenty of room. Clean and tidy. Great for children plenty of toys and play area outside. Great location to go to the beach. We cycled to Mablethorpe and blessed with fantastic weather. The pub in the village had nice good but the manager didn’t like visitors or as he termed them tourists and didn’t make us feel welcome but his loss as we still had a good time at other locations. "

A lovely stay at a small village in Lincolnshire

"The premises are a bistro pub with rooms to the back of the premises and free parking. The room (No 7) was accessed by a corridor to the rear and was very tidy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom very nice with a powerful shower. The only minus I can say are that the room has a high step inside the room which could trip you up going to the bathroom at night. On the other side of the bed was a low ceiling, However this was a minor inconvenience"

Great hotel in Horncastle.

"Speedy check in with friendly lady on reception. Really nice room, great menu and free carpark. Downside , it’s an old hotel and the floorboards make a right noise."

"Although the outside of the property needs some attention once you walk through the doors if feels like your in a totally diffetent building. Very clean and in very good repair. Our room was fabulous with everthing we needed with views over the golf course. Breakfast was 5 star and all the staff were really helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay hete again."
