Discover the West Liguria up-country charm in our lovely cottage located in the heart of the enchanting hold village of Lucinasco: uncontaminated nature, historical sites and one of the more fine italian extravirgin olive oil. Bright and very quiet, the “La Vigna” is a charming and lovely vacation rental cottage set in a large property space in the heart of the enchanting hold village of Lucinasco.
Uncontaminated nature, historical sites, one of the more fine italian olives (Taggiasca) and it’s delicious extravirgin. At home you will find our own extravirgin olive oil to taste and to use for dressing your recipes. A barbecue in the garden, a glass of excellent wine, a wondeful view.. relax and natural well-being.
From the cottage you can easily reach the only one museum centre of the Impero valley.
Walking you can discover a magnificent Gothic church (Maddalena) or a fifteenth-century church which reflects itself on his typical small lake. Lucinasco is the ideal site for your beautiful walking tours, trekking, bycicles and motorbycicles tours. 17 km far from the coast, Lucinasco is an uncontaminated oasis of serenity.

The cottage, recently builded, consists of - first floor: 1 bright living room, terrace with great view! dining table to seat 8, TV and fully fitted kitchen , 1 master bedroom with double bed, 1 bathroom with shower; - ground floor: spacious living room 1 double sofà bed , 2 bed bunk beds rooms,1 bathroom without shower. Guest access: washing machine, electric oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer; toaster, tableware and dinner set, hair dryer, iron, hoover, external clotheshorse and barbecue. Cotton linen and towels provided., free WIFI; TV. Independent heating system.

Eine sehr kalte Nacht
Zuerst war alles in Ordnung. Doch später fiel die Heizung des Gebäudes aus، in einer Winternacht in den Bergen، Erraten Sie selbst, wie wir eine Nacht verbracht haben. Unser kleines Baby ist wegen der extremen Kälte in dieser Unterkunft krank.Und auch morgen mussten wir eine Pension zu einem sehr hohen Preis mieten.Ich hoffe nur, dass Sie unser Geld vollständig und so schnell wie möglich zurückerstatten.

Nicht geeignet für Hunde kein eingezäuntes Grundstück Übergabe des Hauses nur auf Italienische 6,6km lange Sehr enge Serpentine Zufahrt zum Haus nicht möglich ohne aufsetzen Auf keinen Fall anreisen im Winter ! Nicht geeinigt für mehr als 3 Personen 1 Mini Dusche mit kaum Wasserdruck Die Gegend ist Herrlich das Restaurant im Dorf ist ein Traum Mit mehr Pflege und kleinen Renovierungen wäre es ein wunderschönes Haus

Au top
Location de vacance au top. Cadre de vie excellent si vous recherchez le calme le repos et la tranquillité. En altitude (500m) au cœur des oliviers. Impéria et ces plages à 20 kms de la maison environ 25 mins en voiture. Maison nickel et qui reste fraîche malgré les 33 degrés que nous avons eu durant notre séjour. Surtout au rez de chaussez. Un jardin au top pour que les enfants puisse joué. Une douche extérieur pour se rafraîchir et retourner bronzé sur le transat 😜. Dans le village une petite alimentation ou l'on peu trouver tout ce qu'il y a d'utile. (n'accepte pas la CB). Un restaurant que je recommande fortement. Un excellent moment passé et le service très accueillant. Il y a également une poste. Un petit étang où les enfants peuvent donné à manger au poisson et au tortues. En résumé, des vacances au top. Tout était parfait. Sans oublié une vue imprenable avec l'océan en fond. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaire par téléphone qui sont réactif en cas de problème. Je recommande fortement cette endroit si vous cherchez le calme, le repos et l'océan à proximité. Merci encore pour tout. Peu être à l'année prochaine.

Sehr ruhige Lage
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und wirklich ruhig gelegen, der Garten mit traumhaften Ausblick und schattiger Pergola ist sehr schön. Die Anfahrt führt die letzten Kilometer über enge Serpentinen durch die Olivenhaine, für ängstliche Autofahrer eher nicht geeignet. Die Küchenutensilien sind sehr dürftig und mussten vor der ersten Benutzung gereinigt werden. Der in der Beschreibung erwähnte Staubsauger fehlte, nur ein Besen war vorhanden. Auch ein Fön ist nicht da. Das in der Beschreibung erwähnte Restaurant Etta befindet sich nicht mehr in Lucinasco, schon seit mehreren Jahren. Vor Ort gibt es kein Restaurant mehr. Es gibt jedoch einen kleinen Laden für alles was man so braucht. Fazit: wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, da wir Ruhe benötigten. Man sollte jedoch wissen, dass es bis Imperia an den Strand z. B. eine halbe Stunde Fahrt ist. Davon eine Viertelstunde nur die Strecke den Berg bis Chiusavecchia. Wer also ruhige Tage verbringen möchte ist hier richtig, die Dorfbewohner sind sehr freundlich und man kann schöne Spaziergänge durch die Olivenhaine machen.

Superbes vacances dans un village ligure
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est bien équipé. Nous ne connaissions pas cette magnifique région et avons fait de superbes découvertes. La vue est fabuleuse. A part le diesel, la vie est beaucoup moins chère qu'en Belgique. Très bon accueil de Fabrizio et Eugénia est toujours disponible pour les différentes questions. Nous avons 4 enfants (15, 13, 11 et 9 ans) et ils aimeraient tous revenir...

Maison très fonctionnelle, il manquerait juste un point d éclairage extérieur, proche de la table. Nous avons tous passer une très bonne semaine à Lucinasco.
