"I was looking for a vineyard experience in Tuscany, and this was utterly delightful. It’s quaint and rustic. An easy drive to Montepulciano. And the drive between montalcino and Montepulciano is STUNNING. The staff was so helpful. "Beautiful area with georgeous building Staffs had difficulty with communicating in English. When I checked-in, there was no staffs speaking basic English. I used google translator for basic communication. Later, young English speaking receptionist stepped in to process of check in, but she was unpleasant and easily frustrated which was unprofessional.
