Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed. The location is sensational! The staff are friendly and quick to help. The service deserves a 10 star rating! Every single one of them went out of their way for anything we asked about! We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary. They even had special sheets with dogs on them for the little ones and little stuffies for them as well. Unbelievable attention to detail and to its clients.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed. Our room was awesome!! Every detail !!! Everything is thought to give you a wonderful confort. People at hotel are very nice all around, at the lobby, the restaurant, room service, etc. Everybody is looking how make you feel like never before. We have special appreciation for Catherine at from desk, well she was very kind with us since the arrival; during our stay was always worried about our needs and at our departure concern in every detail!!
