Had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The hotel manager, Bangin, was extremely kind, helpful, and very hospitable. The property is on a hill (10 min drive from train station) with a beautiful view of the lake.

The view of the city, lake, and snow-covered mountains was so breathtakingly beautiful, we found it hard to leave the window (with balcony!) in our room. When we did, we used the hotel's complimentary bus ticket to explore the town--one of the most lovely and special we have experienced in Europe. And the hotel staff was warm and responsive in every way. This hotel is a gem!

Wonderful hotel near the casino. Great location as it was easy to walk or take a bus into the downtown area. Beds are very comfortable and we had a great view of the lake. Only downside is it is a up a hill so if you’re walking with luggage, it’s a bit of a haul but definitely doable … would certainly stay here again

This property was only a few blocks off the man tourist route but was quiet and relaxing. Best beds of six hotels during our trip. We loved the helpful service provided by the front desk clerk Adrian. It was nice to return to the scenic view from the veranda after a day of sightseeing.

Quaint Hotel with a beautiful lobby and friendly staff. The view from our 4th floor room was absolutely stunning! The rooms are a bit dated and basic so I highly recommend rooms with the lake view. We were here during Eurocup and they had the games on a very large screen, ready with the beer and wine!

An older hotel but our room has excellent beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. Convenient access to free public transportation, it's a 5-6 minutes walk to the bus stop, a slight incline of a small hill and steps.
