A spacious, quiet and modern 84m2 apartment in an ideal location to explore southern Spain (Andalusia) or work professionally. With everything you need, ideal for business and tourism. No children, no parties, no pets. Lucena is well connected by excellent free toll highways with the main historical cities and natural beauties, from 48 minutes (Córdoba and Málaga) to 1 hour 30 minutes (Seville and Granada), in an Andalusian mountain environment, to enjoy good cheap food, nature and tranquility. A bright, airy, ample flat with nice views to the mountains. 3 comfortable modern bedrooms, each with new beds and bedding. 2 double beds and 1 single sofa bed. Two of these bedrooms can be used as offices for tele work with proper desks. A spacious lounge, with extendable table, that allow for dinners or business meetings. It has good internet connection with a modern, large Android TV, that can be used for work presentations. The TV has Netflix and Movistar+ subscriptions with all sorts of movie channels on demand. An ample kitchen with all the mod cons, a new decent washing machine and refrigerator.
