It was an original old house very nice i liked very much. Breakfast was ok.Unfortunately there was no air conditioning , but for one nigth stay, one can put up with it.

We stopped here for one night and it was great! The host is super accommodating and made room for us last minute. The room itself was spacious, comfortable and quiet. And the breakfast was delicious.

Pleasant stay
Giacomo and his mother were excellent host. We were walking the Via Francigena and they allowed us to check in sooner and drop off our backpacks so we may visit Lucca. The villa is about 2.8 kms from the old city but Giacomo offered us bicycles to ride to the old city. That was a wonderful experience as we were able to see far more than if we were on foot. We even cycled the wall twice and also cycled along the aqueducts.

Lovely Place,Antonella my host was brilliant and so helpfull. unfortunatly the steak house up the road was closed by the time I finally ventured out that evening but there are other places further towards the town where you can get stuff. good breakfast with a vast choice. short drive to Pisa aswell which is then easy to get onto the coastroad south.

Warm but nice stay
Cozy place a bit outside the city centre. The host provided us with bicycles which were an easy way to get to and around central Lucca. Lovely homecooked breakfast and host was accommodating and easy to communicate with. We came in the midst of a heatwave so the lack of air-conditioning was a big bummer. We were also plagued by mosquitos. Also the refrigerator wasn’t working that well.

Amazing stay at Villa sunrise. Edoardo was really nice and gave us great recommendations on what to see in Lucca. The room was very spacious. The B&B is located a bit outside but easily reachable by car and Edoardo gave us great tips on where to park near Lucca. The room was vers spacious and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Villa Sunrise.

A hidden gem.
Excellent value. Property difficult to find but Edoardo came out to guide us to the house. Stylish room and everything we needed and more. Breakfast well served and better than we expected. They make that extra effort to make your stay a comfortable one. Would have preferred a room with a door on the loo! Suggest Hotels.com include accurate way of finding the property. Satnav took us to the wrong place.
