"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. "I enjoyed my time here. The owner an his family were very nice. An friendly to us but to ge honest. This was more of a camp ground then a resort. It had lots of flaws. Food was extremely over priced. The bathrooms were very gross. Self flush toilets gross tolit water on thr floor. No toliet paper or bidet to rince or wash with. I used my hand at one point. "Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!"

Need cleaning of Paddle of water with Algae

"Stay is OK, But Reminded Staff to be extra effirt to clean paddle of water that create algae on ground and I didn’t notice as I plan to go around our car ( in front of our Hotel) and I Fall Big time, thankfully I didn’t break my hip,nor arm nor HEAD on that split second fall. MY BACK is full of Algae. I made the staff about it, the one who clean the Swimming pool & front Desk Staff, who only said “I’m sorry” didn’t bother What I feel. "
